Pickup and return walkthrough checklist.

Pre-Rental Inspection

Complete with Renter

• Tires – pressure (65 PSI) and tread condition
• All lights and turn signals working
• Dump mechanism raises and lowers smoothly
• Electric battery charged (minimum 50%)
• Coupler, safety chains, and pin secure
• Frame – no cracks or major damage
• Bed floor and sides – no holes or major dents
• Safety chains crossed properly

Renter Signature confirming trailer was inspected:

Post-Rental Inspection

Owner completes

• Trailer returned clean and empty
• Battery at least 50% charged
• No new damage, dents, or scratches
• All original equipment returned (locks, tarps, etc.)
